I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Existential-Humanistic Therapist. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University. As required for state licensure, I participate in annual continuing education and participate in classes and conferences relevant to this profession.
Prior to launching my counseling and therapy career, I completed a career in the high tech industry. My business experience enhances my therapy work with my personal knowledge of how to successfully navigate the challenges of balancing a full work and home life. I have assisted many clients in moving through life transitions and creating new beginnings from new opportunities. My experience includes treating individuals and couples struggling with gambling addiction, helping them achieve and maintain recovery.
